As part of its business activities, Private Bank Bellerive Ltd. may receive monetary benefits from third parties. These include remuneration from product providers and are consideration for services provided by the Bank; the client is not entitled to them.

Investment funds
Remuneration is paid in the form of an annual holding commission. The management fee as outlined in the fund regulations or fund prospectus forms the basis for this remuneration. Potential remuneration is generally within the following ranges: money market funds 0-0.5% of investment volume p.a.; bond funds 0-1%; equity funds 0-1.5%; investment strategy funds 0-1.5%; real estate funds 0-0.3%; other funds (e.g. alternative funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, etc.) 0-1.5%.

Structured products
Remuneration in connection with structured products may take the form of a discount on the issue price, payment of part of the issue price, or other structuring fees. Potential remuneration is generally within the following ranges: capital protection products 0-1% of investment volume p.a.; participation products 0-1.5%; yield optimisation products 0-1.5%.

The above-mentioned rates may also be applied to investment products in asset management mandates.
